Dance Fever Return Policy
Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Dance Fever Dancewear is happy to exchange or give a full refund for that product.
If goods are returned due to the incorrect size ordered, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on Hosiery or Underwear. Sale items are also non-returnable. All returned items must have all original price and sewing tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returns will be accepted only if:
- Products are found to be faulty
- Incorrect size ordered
- Returned in its original packaging
- Not included in non returnable items above
- Within 7 days of invoice date
You can request a return by emailing
us with details of the fault, receipt date & number, your name, address, contact details, details of the fault and instructions as to what you would like done (replace or refund).
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
- We suggest insuring your return item or ship via a carrier with tracking capability.
- We accept no responsibility for damages of goods in transit.
